Welcome to CommercialBHP.com, a platform provided by Delente Technology Private Limited. By listing a vehicle on our platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Listing Approval & Visibility
All listings are subject to a review process. Final approval is at the sole discretion of CommercialBHP.com. Once approved, images associated with the listing will become visible to prospective buyers. All other vehicle details will be displayed immediately after the ad goes live.
2. Free Listing Policy
Each individual user is entitled to list up to two vehicles under the free listing plan. To list a third vehicle, the user must first delete one of the currently active listings. This plan is exclusively available to individual/private sellers. Dealers, brokers, or any entities involved in commercial vehicle trading are not eligible.
3. Seller’s Responsibility
By submitting a vehicle listing, the seller certifies that all information provided is accurate and truthful to the best of their knowledge.
Sellers are solely responsible for completing and verifying all necessary documentation and legal formalities related to the sale. CommercialBHP.com assumes no responsibility or liability for any transaction concluded between the seller and the buyer.
4. User Conduct
Users agree not to misuse, abuse, or engage in any activity that violates the integrity or terms of use of CommercialBHP.com. In cases of breach, CommercialBHP.com reserves the right to suspend or permanently deactivate the user’s account without prior notice.
5. Platform Rights
CommercialBHP.com, operated by Delente Technology Private Limited, reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or amend any or all terms of the free listing plan at any time, without notice.
6. Communication Consent
By listing your vehicle, you expressly authorize CommercialBHP.com and/or Delente Technology Pvt. Ltd. to contact you via phone or SMS for communication related to your listing or vehicle advertisement.
7. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising in connection with this plan will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, India. The existence of any such dispute shall not be considered a claim or liability against CommercialBHP.com.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By listing a vehicle on CommercialBHP.com, users acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
