The Propel 470 HEV is India’s first smart heavy-duty electric tipper, available in 8×4 configuration with 60 t GVW, featuring 256 kWh or 385 kWh lithium-ion packs. Powered by a 350 kW PMSM motor delivering ~2,800 Nm torque, it offers ~30 % gradeability and fast charging (~1 hr to full), with regenerative braking and a clutchless 7-speed EMT gearbox. Its crash-tested sleeper cabin includes ABS, full air braking, hill-start assist, power steering, and HVAC for operator comfort and safety—while reducing noise and servicing costs. Homologation certification enables both on- and off‑road deployment, making it suitable for mining, construction, and bulk haulage operations.
